Contest #3 was supposed to close today, but so far we've only got ONE entry--and that's mine!
I'd like to have at least three things entered before I close submissions, so I've decided to change the deadline:
Contest #3 (In-Universe Crossovers) will remain open until we get at least three submissions. Once I've got three things (besides mine!) in the contest folder, I'll put up a specific deadline again.
That deadline will be final! For those who've forgotten, these are the requirements:
Your fanwork needs to focus on Carcer interacting with a person, place, or object from a Discworld novel other than
Night Watch (or a non-Discworld Pratchett novel, if you're so inclined and provided that you justify it somehow). Imaginary bonus points go to anyone who does this the hard way and
doesn't involve Teatime.
Please send all your submissions to the
In-Series Crossover Contest folder! If that doesn't work, send a note to
TMOH with a link to your entry and an explanation of what went wrong so she can try to fix it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In other news:Please remember that the group gallery is for
Carcer fanart only! I've just removed two pieces of fanart from the "Featured" folder because they didn't have anything to do with Carcer. I'm guessing that they were supposed to go to a different, general-Discworld group, but just in case: if it's not Carcer-related,
it doesn't go here.
No voting necessary--if you submit it and it's actually got Carcer (or Carcer-relatives, actually) in it, you're good to go.
I'm in too many groups allready and I need to get rid of some, cause it's just too much for me. I'm really sorry. It was so hard for me to decide which ones to leave, but for me there's no sense in being in a group if I don't submit any artwork to it...
Sorry
